Just a few clerical steps and forgiveness is yours…or is it ours? Either way it’s important to live and let live. If for some reason you’re not 100% thrilled with your purchase, simply follow these steps below to return your item(s)
- Hit us up at email@example.com to advise the Ghetto Gals of your need to return your item. You will receive a reply within 24 hours if not sooner via email outlining the info below and providing you with a unique personal Return Authorisation number to ensure smooth processing.
- Once that info has been sent to you, we generously allow 10 business days to post the goods back to the Ghetto – in extenuating circumstances, please communicate with us, we have your back and it’s all just so much smoother when we are communicated to. Thank you in advance
- All return postage is at your cost, please send all items with some form of tracking and or insurance (particularly if international) and email us advising of that info, again for smoother processing, it just makes everyone’s life easier.
- Upon receiving any return, the items will carefully be inspected by our quality control team.
- Please Note - It is expected the goods will be returned in the same order they were delivered, unworn and without damage, with tags attached including dust bag. Should any items be received that do not fit this description, the return will not be authorised and the items will be returned to sender.
- Once your return is received in good order, a member of team Ghetto will authorise a refund to you directly to your Paypal or Bank Account within 48 hours – it doesn’t usually take that long, but we allow for processing and life in general.
