WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are dispatched within two business days from purchase date, and we ask that you allow 2-7 days for delivery.
Express orders placed before 2pm AEST are sent same day, orders received after that time will be sent the next business day. We anticipate delivery the next business day only in Metro Areas (refer Australia Post website to find out if you’re address qualifies) outside of metro can take up to 72 hours.
International orders please allow 5-15 days delivery.
WHO PAYS THE DUITES?
Customers are responsible for the payment of all incoming duties applicable.
Please note delivery windows are as advised by Australia Post and are to be used only as a guide, should your item be delayed please contact us at email@example.com and we ca assist.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive an email from Australia Post outlining all tracking info, including your order’s registered post number for tracking purposes.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DOESN’T SHOW UP?

Should you receive you items in a less than perfect condition or for some inexplicable reason, not at all, please get in touch ASAP.
